Pakistan's Ambassador to Afghanistan, Ubaid Ur Rehman Nizamani, called on Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani in Islamabad today.

He briefed the Acting President on the regional security situation, particularly issues affecting Pakistan's peace and stability.

Besides, World Chairman and Ambassador-at-Large, International Human Rights Commission Dr Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, PPP Multan President Malik Naseem Labar, Chairman National Insurance Company Limited Ali Syed, and Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent Society Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chapter also separately called on the Acting President.
