In Karachi, the low-lying areas were inundated as the city received intermittent moderate to heavy rain on second consecutive day on Saturday.

Civic agencies are busy in draining out rain water from low-lying areas while civic agencies are on alert to cope with any possible untoward situation arising out of current spell of rain in the city.

Commissioner Karachi has directed all Deputy Commissioners and civic agencies to immediate steps for draining out the rain water.
