Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in southern regions during next twelve hours.

However, partly cloudy weather with rain-windstorm and thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, northeastern and eastern Punjab, Potohar region and surrounding areas.

Hailstorm may also occur at isolated places in Kashmir, Potohar region and northeastern Punjab during the period.

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of rain and thunderstorm is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula and Leh while cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thunderstorm is expected in Jammu.
