In Balochistan, Pakistan Army in coordination with other concerned departments has been continuing rescue and relief operations in flood-affected areas of Gwadar.
Similarly, dewatering process is also continuing at different localities of Gwadar, Jiwani and Surbandar hit by flashfloods.
The Pakistan Army has so far distributed twenty eight tons of cooked food and dry ration among more than thirteen hundred affected people.
Pakistan Army has also established free mobile medical camps in remote areas of Balochistan province particularly Jiwani to provide medical facilities to the affectees free of cost.
Moreover, work for restoration of damaged roads due to floods is also in full swing.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Army also successfully rescued the tourists, trapped at Kalam-Behrain Road in Swat due to land sliding. Most of the tourists belonged to different cities of Punjab including Lahore.
The teams of Pak Army are active in rescuing and shifting the tourists to safer places in Kalam and Behrain, who are stuck there due to heavy snowfall. They are also being provided with food and other relief goods.
