Pakistan's National Indoor Rowing Team won a total of fourteen medals including ten gold medals at the Asian Indoor Rowing Championship held in Pattaya, Thailand.

It was a splendid performance that marks a new era for Rowing in the country in the Championship that was held 26th to 31st of last month.

Competing against twenty-five countries, the Pakistani squad stunned traditional powerhouses such as India, Iran, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan

Despite being a small contingent, the Pakistani rowers delivered an outstanding performance that defied expectations.

The Pakistan Rowing Federation, along with other sports stakeholders, gave the athletes a grand welcome upon their return to the country.

President of the Pakistan Rowing Federation, Hamdan Nazir, and Chairman Rizwan-ul-Haq appreciated the players' exceptional performance.
