Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have agreed to explore opportunities for collaboration in digital governance, capacity-building, and AI-driven public services.

Consensus to this effect was reached during the visit of Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal to the Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi. 

During his visit, Ahsan Iqbal met Chairman of Department of Government Enablement Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab.

The meeting centered on learning from Abu Dhabi’s achievements in leveraging artificial intelligence and digital technologies to enhance governance and public service delivery.

Ahsan Iqbal lauded innovative platforms and expressed Pakistan’s interest in fostering cooperation with DGE to support ongoing public sector reforms.
