Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has emphasized that aligning police training with contemporary requirements is essential to further improve the standards of the police force.

He made the remarks while chairing a meeting during his visit to National Police Academy in Islamabad.

Mohsin Naqvi directed that modern training equipment be provided to trainee officers. He also called for engaging highly qualified and experienced faculty for the Mid-Career Management Course. It was decided to recommend the inclusion of modern modules on digital policing and artificial intelligence in the course curriculum.
