Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting in Lahore today to review the Kisan Card and other agricultural initiatives.

The meeting was briefed that 900,000 Kisan Cards have already been issued and target of one million cards is expected to be achieved by 31st of next month.

It was informed that 24,000 green tractors have been distributed among farmers with a one million rupees subsidy per tractor, while 12,000 super seeders and more modern agricultural machinery will be provided to farmers.
