A document titled ‘Psyops and Narrative Control’ leaked through social media application ‘Telegram’ has divulged a secret plot orchestrated by India’s intelligence agency RAW regarding Pahalgam False Flag Operation.

The leaked document is also a crystal clear evidence of Indian government’s involvement in Pahalgam attack.

According to sources, it has been instructed in the leaked document that an anti-Pakistan narrative, specifically blaming the ISI, was to be built in the media after thirty-six hours.

However, the media disrupted the plot by immediately blaming Pakistan for the false flag operation.

Sources said surfacing of the document also seems to be the result of anti-Hindutva sentiment within the RAW.

Sources suggested that the document and the contradictions in it indicate that Indian intelligence agency RAW may be receiving instructions from somebody. They said the Indian government is investigating how the document was leaked on social media.

The leaked document contains explicit instructions to shape the narrative so that the incident appears to be an attack on the state and non-Muslim communities.

According to RAW document, an operation will be carried out in the Anantnag district. Field operators under the guise of monitoring tourist movement will be deployed at specific locations.  It also suggests that within two to four hours of the attack, witness statements will be recorded using the AI system and blurred videos will be prepared using images of the incident.

The leaked RAW document also reveals that a campaign containing fake information will be launched through more than two hundred social media accounts instead of central hash tags, while trends will also be spread without control to blame the ISI. And that correspondence, found near the site, will be linked to the ISI by the Northern Command.

According to the leaked document, the operation was timed to coincide with the diplomatic presence of US Vice President JD Vance.

The document also reveals that BLA cells will initiate activities in Sui and Quetta.

Defence experts say Pahalgam incident is a pre-planned and approved operation by RAW and that India’s hatred against Kashmiris totally stands exposed.

They said targeting innocent civilians to achieve political goals has become a hallmark of the Modi government.

 The defense experts further say the leaked document is a testament that the Pahalgam incident, like previous attacks, was a false flag operation.
