International Labour Organization (ILO) says Indian youth encountered significantly higher unemployment levels. 

In its report, it said that with nearly eighty three percent of country's unemployed comprising its youth.

The report maintained that ninety percent of workers remain engaged in informal work and there are widespread livelihood insecurities as only a small percentage being covered with social protection measures.

The significant revelation of the report is the glaring skills gap among youth as seventy five percent of youth unable to send emails with attachments.
