National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has said women's participation is inevitable in socio-economic development of the country.

Talking to United Nations Women’s Country Representative Sharmeela Rasool in Islamabad today, he said the constitution guaranties the provision of all fundamental rights to women.

Pervez Ashraf stressed the need to provide education, health and economic opportunities to all women.
