Germany launched "Strengthening Climate Adaptation and Resilience Project" in Islamabad on Wednesday, in collaboration with Ministry of Climate Change.

The project is aimed at enhancing Pakistan's ability to cope with the impact of climate change, particularly in vulnerable communities and sectors such as health, agriculture, water, sanitation and hygiene.

It is being funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
