March 01, 2023

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their unabated acts of state terrorism martyred five innocent Kashmiris during the last month.

According to the Kashmir Media Service, two youths were martyred by the troops in custody. As many as 115 youth were arrested by Indian forces’ personnel during 193 cordon and search operations.

Meanwhile, All Parties Hurriyat Conference leaders paying rich tribute to the victims of Zakura and Tengpora massacres on their 33rd anniversary, today, reaffirmed the Kashmiris’ resolve to accomplish the mission of their martyrs at all costs.

More than 50 innocent people were martyred and dozens others injured when Indian troops opened fire on peaceful protesters in Zukura and Tengpora areas of Srinagar on this day in 1990.

The APHC-AJK chapter at a meeting presided over by the Convener, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, said the massacres like that of Zakura and Tengpora are part of the ongoing genocidal drive being conducted by India in the occupied territory.

On the other hand, the Modi-led Indian regime has started confiscating properties of nearly 168 displaced Kashmiri men, who were forced to migrate to Azad Kashmir over the past three decades.
