Balochistan Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has said a total of one hundred and forty five terrorists have been killed in different areas of the province during the operations.

Addressing a news conference in Quetta on Sunday, he said the terrorists brutally killed five women and three children from a Baloch family, despite the family pleading for their lives.

He condemned the terrorists for falsely using the name of ‘Balochism’, stating this is purely a war of terror.

Sarfraz Bugti questioned the credibility of so-called leaders claiming to fight for Baloch rights, and said that they have not liberated even a single union council, yet they claim to represent the Baloch people.

He emphasized that attempts to use terrorism for gaining political interests are false, misguided and purely aimed at imposing ideology at point of a gun.

Expressing condolences with the families of the martyrs, the Chief Minister said the state and government share their grief equally.

He said the welfare of these families has always been, and will remain the responsibility of the government.
