Russia and Ukraine have exchanged prisoners of war with the mediation of the United Arab Emirates.

The Russian Defence Ministry said that Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 195 POWs.

Meantime, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Ukrainian POWs outnumber Russian ones about ten to one.
