A three-day International Conference on Scientific Communication under the aegis of COMSTECH and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs began in Islamabad on Wednesday.

Delegates from various countries are attending the moot.

Speaking on the occasion, Acting Chief Justice Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar said that it is need of the hour to formulate policies about the scientific communication and emerging technologies for best outcomes.

He stressed the need to bring a paradigm shift in ideas, attitudes besides improving intellectual and innovation abilities among the masses.
