Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar says langar khanas are being established across the province along with shelter homes to facilitate the needy people.

He was talking to President Dera Ghazi Khan Chamber of Commerce and Industries Khawaja Jalaluddin Rumi who called on him in Lahore today (Monday).

Matters regarding promotion of industries and trade in Southern Punjab, besides generating employment opportunities, came under discussion during the meeting.

Khawaja Jalaluddin Rumi apprised the Chief Minister of the efforts being made to set up langar khanas in Dera Ghazi Khan Division.

He said free medicines are being provided to patients at the hospitals in Multan and other areas in collaboration with the Punjab government.
