Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar (Vice Chancellor, National Skills University): I strongly endorse the advice of Advisor to Prime Minister that people should wear masks all the time. We can make masks at home using good quality stuff, surgical masks or N-95 masks. Keeping in view the prevailing situation across the globe everyone should wear any type of mask. It would certainly help in transmission of COVID-19 virus to others. By following the guidelines of health experts, we can curtail the spread of Coronavirus. Every government across the world is taking measures to ensure the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic from spreading. It is good development that the government is heading towards digitalization especially in education system.
