President Dr. Arif Alvi has underscored that raising public awareness about the population explosion is of paramount importance.

Presiding over the meeting of the Federal Task Force on Population in Islamabad on Friday, he said in order to manage population growth, we would have to increase the outreach of family management services throughout the country. 

The President said national narrative must be effectively disseminated through media campaigns and proactive involvement of Ulema.
