National Highway Authority (NHA) has launched E-billing system to facilitate its contractors and ensure transparency. 

Addressing the launching ceremony in Islamabad on Monday, Communications Minister Murad Saeed said E-billing system is part of e-governance programme of the PTI government, which will help save time and eradicate the commission culture.

He said while pursuing accountability, the NHA has recovered seven billion rupees and generated forty-three billion rupees revenue, increasing 51.25 percent revenue this year. He said NHA also recovered 448 kanal land from land grabbers.

The Minister said Communications Ministry is also contributing to Clean and Green Pakistan drive and will plant millions of saplings from 1st to 14 August this year.
