Federal Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Farogh Naseem has said the government has not registered cases against opposition leaders rather they were registered in previous tenures.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the government cannot give any relief to opposition regarding corruption cases because they are in courts.

Barrister Farogh Naseem said several meetings were held with opposition regarding amending the National Accountability Bureau laws but opposition is not ready to support the government in this regard.

Replying to a question, he said it is a wrong perception that the government is making efforts to reshape the 18th amendment.

He said the government is thinking to take the Samjhota Express case in the international court of justice.
