Security forces have foiled an attempted act of aggression from the Afghan side in the Gulistan Sector along the Pakistan Afghanistan border.

According to security sources, timely and effective retaliatory action was taken against the attempt to enter Pakistani territory and commit aggression, as a result of which multiple Afghan Taliban were killed.

Security forces remain fully prepared to give a timely and effective response to any infiltration into Pakistan's territory from Afghan soil.
