APHC Spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas has said that arrests of Kashmiri people created fear among the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

In a statement today, he said that the draconian laws such as Public Safety Act are being employed for arbitrary detentions of people to silence the political voice of the Kashmiris.
