Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman has directed works department to convert old building of Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly into an auditorium.

In a statement on Thursday, he said official functions, workshops and ceremonies would be held in the new auditorium having seating capacity of six hundred persons.

He said Government is committed to set up auditoriums in all districts to provide platform for functions and save money being spent for hotels.
