Khyber Medical University, Peshawar has initiated a project of 3D system of studies in medical education.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the project in Peshawar on Tuesday, Vice Chancellor KMU Prof Dr Arshad Javaid said the pilot project has been launched in collaboration with a Belgium company.

He said the project is an advanced form of 3D system of studies where students in reality study the human anatomy on Holograms through specialized lens.

Dr Arshad Javaid said Khyber Medical University is the second University in the world to adopt this technology.

He said the project is aimed at increasing insight of the human body to bring positive improvement in health care system.
