World Bank as a guarantor of the pact should play its role in halting Indian efforts for the accomplishment of Kishanganga dam. As a lower riparian country, we have the right to have unfettered access to the water that flows into Pakistan from the upper riparian areas. It is responsibility of International organizations to implement the true spirit of the bilateral pacts but unfortunately they have double standards. Pakistan should put more international pressure on India by using all available platforms to stop Indian water war against Pakistan.
