Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi says dispensation of cheap and speedy justice to the people is top priority of his government.

Talking to a delegation, led by President of High court Bar Association Rawalpindi Sardar Abdul Razaq Advocate, in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said all resources would be channelized for supremacy of law and the constitution.
