Accountability Court Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of Avenfield reference against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members till tomorrow.

Judge Muhammad Bashir is hearing the case.

During the course of proceedings today, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif while recording his statement said that he is not the owner of Avenfield properties. He said that he never mentioned in his speeches that Avenfield properties are owned by him.

The former prime minister also expressed reservations on two JIT members saying article ten of the constitution gives him the right of a fair trial.

Nawaz Sharif will continue to record his statement tomorrow.
