Analysts draw world’s attention towards India’s belligerent posture and bellicosity to hide its internal failures
December 20, 2020

Asif Durrani (Former Ambassador): India is habitual of violating ceasefire agreement at LoC. Pakistan has taken the right step by exposing India's nefarious agenda at the International front. India's hegemonic designs are based on strategic miscalculation. It is an alarming situation that Indian troops are targeting the UN observers. The issue of Kashmir must be resolved in accordance with the UN resolutions. The UN Security Council must take notice of India's severe violations of international laws and UN resolutions.

Brig. (Retd.) Said Nazir (Defense Analyst): Indian fascist government is habitual of targeting innocent civilians across the border and violating international laws, norms and values. Minorities in India are victim of New Delhi’s state terrorism and brutality. There is no religious freedom in Modi's India. The Hindutva narrative to suppress minorities is taking India towards the path of destruction and isolation. The international community has observed criminal silence over Indian atrocities and brutalities due to their economic and strategic interests. The BJP-led government has tarnished the secular and democratic image of India. In this era of technology and social media, India cannot hoodwink the world through falsehood. Pakistan must strengthen its lobby to counter India's false propaganda. Pakistan has a right of self-defense and India should be aware that Pakistan’s security forces are capable enough to give a befitting response to any Indian misadventure.

Brig. (Retd.) Haris Nawaz (Defense Analyst): India is being used as a proxy against China and Pakistan. The international powers want to control China's increasing influence. There are some elements that are envious of CPEC and Pak- China improving economic cooperation. India's non adherence to international laws weakens the credibility of the UN.  Pakistan has played its role by informing the world community that India's war mongering attitude is posing serious threat to global peace. It is a disgrace for the United Nations that it has failed to stop Indian state terrorism. Pakistan must continue its diplomatic efforts to highlight the Kashmir issue.

Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Ejaz Awan (Defense Analyst): Prime Minister Imran Khan has rightly warned the world community that India can commit any misadventure to divert attention from its internal crises. The Modi regime is frustrated due to its failure in IIOJK. The BJP-led government has committed a blunder by trying to impose Hindu supremacy. The Indian government is under severe pressure and can externalize the matter to hide its failure. Pakistan’s security forces are vigilant enough to counter any threat. It is high time for Pakistan to give India a forceful response. India has violated the international laws by attacking the UN observers.
