Federal Interior Minister Brigadier (R) Ijaz Ahmed Shah called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Khan in Lahore on Monday.

During the meeting, they discussed the law and order situation and security matters in the province.

They agreed to take all possible steps for the improvement of security in Punjab and strong coordination between Federal and Punjab for this purpose.

Speaking on the occasion, the Punjab Chief Minister vowed that maintenance of law will be ensured at any cost.

Interior minister said federal interior ministry will support Punjab government about improvement of law and order.
