Sindh Rangers carried out a raid in Golimar area of Karachi on Sunday and recovered large cache of arms and ammunition from a vacant plot.

According to Rangers spokesperson, the raid was carried out on intelligence information at a vacant plot where large cache of arms had been buried.

The spokesperson said the weapons had been buried by the miscreants of Lyari gang war Uzair Baloch group and these were to be used to create unrest in the city.

The recovered weapons include 3 SMGs, 12 magazines, 2 avan bombs and over 2500 rounds of various weapons.

Rangers have asked the people to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to control the crime and inform about any suspicious activity or item at Rangers helpline 1101.
