In Syria, thirty civilians were killed and scores wounded in air strikes on Zamalka town in Eastern Ghouta today (Saturday).

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the people were killed when they were trying to flee into government-controlled areas.

It was not clear yet as to who carried out the strikes.
