TENDER NOTICE

            Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms having National Tax and GST Numbers for sell out/dispose off old 2×100KW SW RCA MODEL BHF 100-B and 1×10KW SW Gates MODEL HF5/10 transmitters along with obsolete stores/spares through public auction with the following terms and conditions.

1. Sale is strictly subject to As is Where is Basis. Willing firms can visit the site during office hours (10am to 2pm).
2. Tenderers/Firms must have a past experience for the above said job.
3. Tenderers/Firms must accompany earnest money of 3% of the bid amount (refundable) in the form of pay orders in favor of the Controller, PBC HPT Complex Rawat, Islamabad. Photo copy of the pay order of earnest money must also be enclosed with bidding document.
4. Tender documents may be obtained from the office on payment of Rs.3000/- (non-   refundable) during office hours from the office. 
5. The successful bidder will have to pay 25% of the total bidding amount in the form of pay order/bank draft in favor of the Controller, PBC HPT Complex Rawat, Islamabad at the spot. The remaining amount will be required to deposit within 10 days of bidding, failing which the amount deposited will be forfeited.
6. PBC reserves the right to cancel the bidding at any stage as per PPRA rules.
7. Willing participants will be required to produce original CNIC along with a photo copy before the start of bidding.
8. All kind of applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidders.
9. Last date of submission of tender is 04-09-2018 and will be opened at 11:00 am in the presence of all bidders under supervision of auction committee.
10. All the bidders are requested to visit the site and check the store items/spares at mentioned address before the filling of tender form.
