Information Minister Chaudhary Fawad Hussain has congratulated Malik Asad Ali Khokhar on winning by-election from PP-168 Lahore by securing 17,578 votes beating the PML (N) candidate Rana Khalid Mehmood. PML(N) candidate who also had support of opposition parties bagged 16,892 votes.

In a statement in Islamabad on Friday, the Minister thanked voters of the constituency and PTI workers for this electoral victory. He said the people have once again rejected the nexus of the looters of national exchequer.

He said this victory against the alliance of big political parties reflects people's confidence in PTI's manifesto.

Fawad Choudhary expressed the resolve to continue struggle against the status-co forces and corruption under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.The seat was vacated by PML (N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique after winning a National Assembly seat in by-polls.
