Growing intolerance is disastrous for Indian social fabric: Experts
May 14, 2018

Dr. Hassan Askari Rizvi (IR Expert):

Growing intolerance in India is a matter of concern not only for other countries but for its own people. It is not for the first time that India sends back Muneeza Hashmi an eminent Pakistani personality and daughter of Faiz Ahmad Faiz from New Delhi airport but before this India bashes our artists working for the promotion of culture and films. India’s own minorities like Muslims, Dalits and Sikhs are not safe from aggressive postures and hate of upper caste Hindus. Modi led government is responsible and encourager of intolerance across the country that poses real threat to the cordial social fabric. Pakistanis should avoid visiting such an aggressive and fanatic India.

Abdullah Gul (Defense Analyst):

These days extremism is at peak in India. Modi led government involves in supporting and abetting such fanatic elements in India. The real face of India has been fully exposed in form of RSS and other extremist groups that target minorities and low caste Hindus. Before deporting Muneeza Hasmi a renowned Pakistani personality and daughter of Faiz Ahmad Faiz, India banned our artists and technicians from displaying their skills.  Indian army is playing havoc with innocent Kashmiris. Hundreds of Kashmiri youth has been martyred or severely injured by the occupational forces. Growing intolerance in India is disastrous for Indian society itself.
