President Joe Biden has said that United States would not participate in any Israeli counter-offensive against Iran.

According to media reports, this development came during a conversation between U.S President and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Meanwhile, White House's top national security spokesperson, John Kirby said  that the United States does not seek escalated tensions and a wider conflict in the region.
