International Youth Day was observed in Pakistan as well as the world on Monday.

The theme of this year's International Youth Day is 'Transforming Education' highlights efforts to make education more inclusive and accessible for all youth.

Meanwhile, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar has urged the Pakistani youth to trust their abilities and skills to compete in the world.     

In a video message on International Youth Day, he said youth are a precious asset of any nation and their important role in national development cannot be ignored.

Usman Dar said we want to give Pakistani youth confidence and empower so that they could get knowledge about their rights.

He expressed the hope that overseas Pakistani students will return to the country after completing their education and will contribute in materializing the dream of building a Naya Pakistan
