The 70th death anniversary of Father of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was observed on Tuesday with due solemnity and reverence.  

Quran Khawani and Fateha will be held at Quaid's mausoleum, while people of different walks of life will visit the Mazar to lay floral wreath and offer Fateha.

Best way of paying tribute to the Father of the Nation is to sincerely strive for making Pakistan a peaceful, moderate, welfare and a developed Islamic state in accordance with his vision.

Later, talking to media, Governor Sindh said the philosophy of Quaid-i-Azam is the beacon for the nation.   

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on the occasion, said society will be peaceful by following the theory of Quaid-i-Azam.
