Changing climate could worsen foods' nutrition

An international research group of US National Academy of Sciences has found that climate change could worsen foods’ nutrition in world toward the end of this century.

Scientists said that climate change could shrink the mineral and protein content of Maize ,Rice, Wheat Potatoes, Barley, Lentils and other staple crops.
