Turkey has offered to extend support and cooperation in elimination of locusts in Pakistan.

A C-130 plane of Pakistan Air Force has already arrived in Turkey to transport Piper Brave spray aircraft which is to be used for spraying in affected areas. In a statement issued today the PAF spokesperson said the aircraft would be used to fight the locust onslaught on various crops and cultivable lands across the country especially in Sindh and Punjab.
