Interior Minister Ijaz Ahmed Shah says PTI government has taken unprecedented measures for minority communities.

He was talking to media during his visit to Nankana Sahib, along with Punjab Minister for Housing Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed, Punjab Parliamentary Secretary Mahindar Pal Singh and other Sikh leaders.

The Interior Minister said Nankana Sahib is the best example of inter-faith harmony but the incident which took place here two days ago was distorted by international media.

He termed the incident as enemies’ conspiracy to dent integrity and brotherhood of the country.

Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed said it was a petty local issue but was exaggerated by Indian media and anti-Pakistan forces, which is highly condemnable.
