First Hajj flight will leave Peshawar for Saudi Arabia today

The first Hajj flight with two hundred and sixty-five intending pilgrims on board will leave Peshawar for Saudi Arabia today.

According to Hajj Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a total of thirty-one thousand five hundred intending pilgrims will be airlifted from Bacha Khan International Airport to the holy land in fifty special Hajj flights.

The process of air lifting pilgrims to Saudi Arabia from Peshawar will be completed by the 5th of next month.

Meanwhile,the first flight from Karachi will also depart from Jinnah International Airport to Medina on Friday.

According to a spokesman of PIA the airline would transport nineteen thousand, seven hundred forty five intending pilgrims from Karachi through 62 flights.

The airline's pre-Hajj operation would conclude on 5th of next month.
