The Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Syed Fakhar Imam has lauded the mediation offer of US President Donald Trump between Pakistan and India on Kashmir dispute.

Talking to PTV, he said the international community should take serious notice of gruesome human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.

The Chairman Kashmir Committee said UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres' statement that basic right to self-determination should be given to people of Occupied Kashmir has totally endorsed Pakistan's stance over the issue.

Fakhar Imam also lauded Turkey and Iran for strongly condemning the Indian tyranny and bloodbath against Muslims.

He said India is perpetrating state terrorism on innocent people of Kashmir and also scared of the freedom struggle of Kashmiris.
