Nationwide campaign continues against Covid 19 unvaccinated people

A vigorous campaign to ensure hundred per cent vaccination against COVID-19 continues across the country with enforcement of suspension of services to unvaccinated.

In compliance of instructions issues by the National Command and Operation Center, special  teams at district and Tehsil level are checking the people in different sectors particularly transport and education to ensure mobility of only vaccinated people.

In Multan and Naushehra, inspection teams checked the transport today and taken into custody a number of vehicles found in violation of restrictions.

The district administration impounded 19 commercial vehicles over violations of coronavirus standard operating procedure (SoP) during a crackdown in Multan on Sunday.

In line with special directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Amir Karim Khan, the district regional transport authority (RTA) under the supervision of Secretary RTA Rana Mohsin, launched a crackdown and checked implementation of corona SoP at six bus stands.

In federal capital Islamabad, district administration teams sealed several hotels, restaurants and markets today for violating vaccination instructions.

The teams inspected the vaccination status of people and registered cases against violators.

In Peshawar, district administration teams checked various transport centres, markets and commercial centres and inspected the COVID-19 vaccination status.

They issue warnings to a number of unvaccinated people to get their jabs at the earliest.

The teams also checked the suspension of services in different sectors to unvaccinated people.
