Director General, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Sohail Ali Khan has lauded role of Radio Pakistan in promoting and preserving arts, culture, and music since country’s independence.

Speaking in a Radio Pakistan Lahore's renowned program "Sohni Dharti,” he said efforts are being made to regain lost glory of Radio Pakistan.

He said that Classical Music Research Cell established at Lahore station will be rehabilitated and renovated so it can be used as reference section.
