In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed its deep concern over the unabated human rights abuses being committed by Indian occupation troops against Kashmiris.

APHC Vice Chairman Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar in a statement issued in Srinagar said Kashmir dispute is an unfinished agenda of the Partition Plan of subcontinent.

He sought the intervention by the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres to the extrajudicial killings and widespread genocide, human rights abuses and arbitrary arrests in the occupied territory.
