Two people were killed and three wounded by a Russian strike on a residential building in Ukraine's southern city of Mykolaiv on Wednesday.

Regional Governor Vitaly Kim in a statement said, it could not be clarified whether it was a bomb or missile strike, artillery or mortar shelling.

Meanwhile, Ukraine's President has urged the UN to do everything to stop Russia's killing spree before its terrorist activity spreads.
