Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan says the government is committed to promote film industry as per the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

In her felicitation message to Fakhar-e Alam on being elected as Chairman United Producers Association, she said films are an effective tool to project social values and the civilization.

She expressed the hope that the new UPA Chairman will play his due role for promotion of this sector and projecting positive image of Pakistan.
