Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance Shaukat Tarin says all taxes on petroleum items have been withdrawn.

Talking to newsmen in Karachi on Friday, he said it has been made clear to the IMF that no increase in taxes will be made, as the government does not want to lay further burden of taxes on people.

Shaukat Tareen said decrease in petroleum taxes will directly benefit the people.
