Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi after concluding his two-day visit to Turkey has departed for home.

At Istanbul airport, Governor Istanbul and officials of Pakistan Embassy saw him off.

During his visit, the Foreign Minister participated in trilateral conference of Pakistan, Turkey and Afghanistan and reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to extend full support to Afghan Peace Process.

He also held talks with Turkish and Afghan counterparts to strengthen bilateral cooperation in diverse sectors.

The Foreign Minister stressed the need for joint efforts to discourage the increasing trend of Islamophobia.
